I first purchased these enzymes at whole foods on recommendation of a friend that was having similar stomach issues to me (problems digesting dairy and meats). I was getting bloating and uncomfortable stomach pains after eating a lot of foods. I tried these with meals and it really helped break down the foods. I felt like my stomach emptied faster and I had no more discomfort. The food no longer just sat in my stomach.

PROS:DIGESTIVE HELP – well, this is the biggie, right? I have a hiatal hernia and issues from time to time with acid reflux. I was a prescription med(s) for years, but didn’t really fix anything and I found that there can be some ultimate side effects.Taking one or two of this right before I start a meal really helps. If I am eating a large or especially fatty meal, I take two, usually it’s just one. So far, so good and I have been taking for months now.PRICE – Cost effective.QUALITY – I am a fan of Source Naturals. I have used other of their products and feel confident of the quality.THIS COULD BE A CON for some: I HAVE no problem with the size of the capsule, goes down easily, but they aren’t tiny.

This syrup has a great flavor and was a nice thickness. I’ve found if I sweeten my pancakes with stevia I use less syrup and also if I put it on the side and just dip each bite in the syrup I use less than if I soak my pancakes in it. Doing this it lasted a while. However I recently learned I can just buy Fiber Yum (2.5 lbs for $25) and some maple extract and make my own way cheaper! Choc Zero may not appreciate me saying that in my review but I wish I’d known before I spent $20 on 2 bottles so I’m sharing this info. I’m thinking making myself will help me dial in the exact flavor I want, too.

I was having some digestive issues and read about digestive enzymes. For the first time in a long time I was able to experience not being bloated and my stomach feeling normal and âlightâ. I ended up recommending this product to a friend. I bought the 60 count bottle first and then repurchased the 120 count. I will continue taking these until I finish this bottle and my body starts producing digestive enzymes again naturally. But I will always know what brand to come back to if I need them again in the future. I donât find these pills hard to swallow and I didnât get any side effects. Try them out!

Great flavor with a nice thick consistency just like Maple Syrup. Use for taste sparingly, otherwise you might experience an urgency that could become a catastrophe if a bathroom is not available. You have been warned. With that said, I would buy again since I have dialed in my perfect portion for enjoying this on my breakfast food from time to time as a treat. No gastric issues at all once I figured out to keep it at a Tablespoon or two maximum. Glad this stuff exists in the world! The taste is nostalgic and not chemically or too sweet. It is just right.

This is the best no sugar maple syrup I have ever had. So thick and great flavor. I actually don’t miss my real maple syrup and now I don’t get all those high-glycemic sugar calories when I have my high protein pancakes! I have ordered their chocolate syrup to see if it is as good as their maple syrup.

Not sure why it took me so long to buy these?? but I’m so glad that I did. These pills have tamed my stomach troubles that would always ensue after eating, drinking, or just breathing air. It is delicious! I was skeptical being a diabetic for so long and tasting all the sugar-free syrups that were terrible and never left me feeling like I had had syrup.This is delicious. I was not expecting anything great for this syrup because I have tried other non-sugar syrups and they have not been that good.I was actually pleasantly surprised by the flavor of this maple pecan sauce. I am using it as syrup on my keto pancakes and it tastes great.Just so you get a sense of my flavor sensitivities… I love stevia and erythritol and monk fruit and those are my main sweeteners.I do not like Splenda or saccharin.This did not have any weird artificial flavoring to me even though the actual sugar grams are quite low.My mother, who does not like any sweetener other than real sugar or agave gave a lukewarm thumbs-up (about an 8 on a scale of 1-10). That’s pretty good considering she tried it on pancakes that contained stevia. She really doesn’t like stevia.

My kids loved this syrup and so did I! Products like this make Keto an easy transition for our entire family. Iâd be doing my kids a disservice if I knew the benifits to ketogenic lifestyle and kept feeding them the same toxic crap and setting them up for an adulthood plagued by my same pitfalls, or worse!
